If you are not satisfied because the piece you received is faulty you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact to explain why it is being returned.

Please be sure to order your correct size. Customers may only return a shirt because of manufacturing defects. Please remember that these are hand crafted one of a kind wearable art items. They are individually and lovingly created, not factory mass produced and we cannot offer same easy returns as large mass production brands.

Return & Fulfilment Policy
At Courtenay Tie Dye, each piece you order is made just for you—custom-printed on demand via our production partner, Printful. Because of this personalized process, here’s how our policy works:

1. No returns or exchanges for change of mind
Since every item is created specifically when you place the order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size or colour

  • You changed your mind after placing the order

  • You ordered multiple sizes and want to return some
    Please double-check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. What Printful covers (and how we support you)
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error, Printful will step in to ensure you’re taken care of at no extra cost to you. These issues include, but are not limited to:

  • Damaged item on arrival

  • Incorrect product (wrong design, wrong item)

  • Printing defect (blurry print, major mis-alignment)

  • Lost package (if confirmed by the carrier)
    If you encounter one of these problems, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will then submit a claim with Printful and work to get you either a replacement or a refund.

3. Why this policy exists
Because each item is custom-made at the time of order, and cannot be restocked or resold in standard retail form, we must limit returns to only those cases of genuine fulfilment or quality issues. We hope you understand.
